Getting support
Where to reach a human, what to include so the first reply is the useful one, and where to send privacy and security requests.
Reaching us
Email. team@ginicomputer.com. Tell us what happened.
Ask Gini. If it's in your workspace, message it. It has these docs and it can see your workspace's actual state, which makes it better than a docs page at "why is this not working for us specifically."
Book a call. Pick a time for setup help or anything that's easier to show than to write.
Team plan includes a dedicated support channel. If you're on Team and don't have one, ask.
Making the first reply useful
Four things, and the first one is worth more than the other three together:
A link to the run. From app.ginicomputer.com. It has every step, every tool call, and what came back, which usually means we can answer without a round trip.
What you expected instead. "It should have used the July data" tells us more than "it's wrong."
When it happened. Roughly is fine.
Whether it's every time or once. Different problems, different first question.
Specific requests
Privacy, or your data. Access, correction, deletion: privacy@ginicomputer.com. See the Privacy Policy and Deleting your data.
Security review or questionnaire. security@ginicomputer.com. The packet is at ginicomputer.com/security.
Reporting a vulnerability. Our disclosure policy has the details. We want these.
Billing, plans, credits. team@ginicomputer.com. Plans are on the pricing page.
An integration we don't have. team@ginicomputer.com. What we build next is driven by what customers ask for, and "we'd use Gini if it did X" is the most useful thing you can send us.
Your account
Sign in at app.ginicomputer.com.
To disconnect a tool, remove Gini from a channel, or take it out of the workspace, see Removing Gini: all three are things you can do yourself, immediately, without asking us.
If something went out that shouldn't have
Email team@ginicomputer.com and say so plainly. The run record has exactly what happened and when, and we'd rather help you piece it together quickly than have you work it out alone.
Before you email
Troubleshooting covers the four things that actually go wrong. If yours is one of them, you'll be unblocked faster than we can reply.
